DownloadFor 30 years this tract of land bordered by Collier, Grand Lely and Celeste has been zoned as C3 Commercial Property. The developer, Davis Development, is requesting a change to Residential- Multi Family.
Revised plan plan proposes 12X more dense per acre than anywhere in South Lely. To accommodate 184 RENTAL UNITS and 500+ renters, the structure will now be 3 stories adding 5 townhouse buildings each containing 6 townhomes with front doors on Celeste.
Current plan adds 500+ renters driving our small streets. In addition, there will be construction trucks and material hauled back and forth for approx. 2 years during the construction phase.
The exit onto Celeste has been omitted in the latest version from Davis
Main entrance moved to Collier, with a secondary entrance from eastbound Grand Lely. An added deceleration lane on 951.. Pedestrian access to Celeste Sidewalks proposed.
